Our team will oversee all aspects of your event. From planning and design to management and execution. We are committed to ensuring your planning experience is stress free while delivering high quality service handcrafted to exceed your expectations.
We are located in Bergen County, New Jersey. We service the New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania areas. We are willing to travel as well.
Our prices are tailored to the needs and complexity of your event. After meeting with us to discuss the specifics of your event, we will create and send you a proposal/quote with the pricing.
We offer 2 complimentary consultations. This is an up to 30 minutes phone or virtual consultation by appointment only.
Typically, you should book your event 3 months to 2 years in advance. Although anything is doable once you have the venue, you should allow guests up to 6 months to plan their schedules and possible long-distance travel.
Visit the “Contact Us” section of our website and complete our Pre-Client Questionnaire. Simplistic Events will contact you to discuss in detail the specifics of your event and provide you with a quote. A deposit of 50% is due at the time of booking (in some cases, a retainer fee). If your event date is in less than one month, the full balance is due at the time of booking.
